1. Admission Policy
Admission is open to individuals who wish to improve their English communication and public speaking skills.
Seats are limited and allotted on a first-come, first-served basis. Students must provide accurate and complete
personal information. ILC International reserves the right to cancel admission in case of misconduct, false information, or non-payment.
2. Course Structure & Mode (ISEC – Main Course)
ISEC (International Standard English Course) is the flagship OFFLINE course of ILC International.
The course focuses on spoken English, grammar usage, public speaking, personality development, and confidence building.
Other programs are supplementary and not part of ISEC.
3. Fees & Payment
- Fees must be paid in full before course commencement.
- Fees once paid are non-transferable and non-adjustable.
- Payments are accepted via UPI, bank transfer, or cash.
4. 100% Money-Back Guarantee (ISEC – OFFLINE ONLY)
- The money-back guarantee applies ONLY to the OFFLINE ISEC course.
- No refund is applicable during the course period.
- Refund eligibility is considered only after course completion.
- Minimum 95% attendance, completion of assignments, and strict compliance with instructions are mandatory.
- Refund requests must be submitted within 7 days after course completion.
- Refunds are processed within 30 days after review.
- The management’s decision is final and binding.
5. Attendance & Discipline
- Minimum 95% attendance is mandatory.
- Misconduct may result in expulsion without refund.
6. Copyright & Intellectual Property
- All materials are copyright protected.
- “Boost Your English” is copyrighted (L-122244/2023).
- Unauthorized use will invite legal action under the Indian Copyright Act, 1957.
7. Certificates & Evaluation
Certificates are issued only after successful course completion and evaluation.
8. Privacy Policy
Personal data is used only for academic and administrative purposes.
9. Limitation of Liability
- ILC International is not liable for indirect or consequential losses.
- Students are responsible for personal belongings.
10. Modification of Terms
ILC International reserves the right to update these terms at any time.
