Admission is open to all individuals interested in improving their English communication skills.
Course seats are limited and granted on a first-come, first-served basis.
Students must provide accurate personal details at the time of registration.
The Institute reserves the right to deny or cancel admission without prior notice in case of misconduct, incomplete information, or non-payment.

Each course (Basic English, Advanced English, Public Speaking, Grammar Mastery, Personality Development, etc.) follows a structured curriculum designed by ILC International.
The duration, schedule, and mode of delivery (offline/online) may vary and are subject to change based on batch size and trainer availability.
The Institute reserves the right to modify class timings or trainers without prior notice if necessary.

All fees must be paid in full before course commencement unless an installment plan has been officially approved.
Fees once paid are non-transferable and non-adjustable to other students or courses.
Payment can be made via UPI, bank transfer, or cash at the ILC office.

The student must attend at least 80% of the total classes and complete all practice sessions and assessments.
If, after full participation, the student feels no improvement in speaking ability, a written refund request may be submitted within 7 days of course completion.
The refund will be processed within 30 days after a performance review and verification by ILC management.
No refund is applicable for absenteeism, misconduct, or failure to follow the training plan.

Minimum 80% attendance is mandatory to qualify for certification or refund.
Students must maintain discipline and positive behavior inside the class or online sessions.
Misconduct, abuse, or violation of institute rules may result in suspension or expulsion without refund.

All study materials, videos, presentations, and books provided by ILC International are copyrighted.
Unauthorized copying, sharing, or distribution (online or offline) is strictly prohibited.
“Boost Your English” is a copyrighted work under Copyright No. L-122244/2023 by Om Prakash Gupta.
Any violation of intellectual property rights will invite legal action under the Indian Copyright Act, 1957.

Certificates are issued only to students who complete the course and meet attendance/performance criteria.
Evaluation is based on participation, assessments, and communication performance during classes.

Personal data (name, phone, email, etc.) collected during admission is used solely for educational and communication purposes.
We do not share your personal information with third parties without consent.

The Institute will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential loss arising from course participation or website use.
Students are responsible for maintaining their own safety and belongings during in-person sessions.

ILC International reserves the right to update or modify these Terms at any time without prior notice.
The revised version will be posted on our website with the updated date.
